1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Enigmatica (“the Platform”), operated at enigmatica.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

Enigmatica is a free AI education platform that provides structured lessons, interactive tools, a glossary, an AI tool directory, and related educational resources. All content is available at no cost to individual users. Revenue is generated exclusively through enterprise training packages.

3. Account Registration

To access content beyond the first lesson, you must register with your name and email address. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including lessons, tools, design, code, and the CONTEXT Framework™ — is the intellectual property of Tim Plummer and/or Enigmatica. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission.

The CONTEXT Framework™ is a proprietary methodology belonging to Tim Plummer / Enigmatica. You may reference it for personal and educational use, but you may not rebrand, resell, or present it as your own.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract content from the Platform
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Platform's operation
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited communications

6. Educational Content Disclaimer

The content on Enigmatica is provided for general educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, AI is a rapidly evolving field. We do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. You should exercise your own judgement when applying what you learn.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enigmatica and its operator Tim Plummer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@enigmatica.ai. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases, but provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify registered users via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
